Loading... Please wait...I know this goes against our modern "wisdom" of using arch supports and orthotics but by REMOVING THE INSOLES FROM YOUR SHOES if they have any arch support, you can make a tremendous improvement in your whole body posture.
New discoveries in biomechanics have changed how we think about arch supports. The old idea of supporting the arches is wrong. What I am explaining works the same if you are trying to fix shoes for flat feet or high arches. Insoles with arch supports and other orthotic devices might temporarily make your feet feel better but they make your whole body worse.
Most insoles that come in shoes are raised in the arch area. This is BAD for your upper body. When you stand on them, the rest of your body goes through mechanical changes which involve your feet, ankles, knees, pelvis, and spine. This makes your body lean forward and destabilizes it causing stress and pain.
People ask me “do orthotics work?’
No! They push up on the bottom of the feet and destabilize the whole body structure. You need to remove them and then remove the insoles in your shoes if they have any arch support.
Once you have removed the insoles then you can replace them with our firm ones. These are the Stand EZ flat Insole that you see above.
Our insole is a suitable replacements in all types of shoes... walking, running, dress or boots.
Our heel lifts, insoles, and heel chips are designed to all work together, and can be easily trimmed with scissors, for a perfect fit.*

A great product. I initially bought these to raise just one leg because of a leg length discrepancy but found they were a little thin for that. They are 2mm thick, which is a little thin for that purpose for the price as I'd need a few of them, but nonetheless, they are useful. I went with cork for the majority of the lift, but found these are really good to go on top of that. As a sole they work absolutely perfectly. So, as a lift, which they are not really intended for, they got maybe a 3-4 star, but just as a sole they get a 5. Nice material, not too firm, not too squishy, comfortable (I wear them with no socks in converse - no arch support, hooray!!) I searched for a long time for a sole that's light, not too squishy, no arch garbage and comfortable, and these were the only ones I found, and thankfully, the only ones that I need. I highly recommend these, and I'm sure that I will be buying more in the very near future.
