To set up a wholesale account with EZ Posture Products, please fill out and submit the form below. Include your company name and address in the "Details" field.

Our wholesale customers must be from the following categories of business in order to place an order with us:

  • Health Care Practitioners
  • Back and Neck Product Retailers

Once we have received and verified your information you will be emailed a temporary password to log in with. Please change this in the "My Account" section once you sign in.

If your business is registered in the state of Washington we must have a current resale certificate on file if you wish to avoid state sales tax.
